I've wanted to apply for the praise award for a long time and as I've re-joined the forum I would love to apply.
I always wondered something however, is it mandatory to have pictures of rooting to secure the award? I used to think so but after reading the rules it says pictures of rooting/and or painted hair. All of my dolls have painted hair although I try my utmost to work to the highest/most realistic standard and I hope this doesn't hinder my chances, rooting is just not my thing :(

You should be fine Carly just submitting painted hair.

I also have a question about hair...so that I continue this post.
I'm right before making the photoshoot about my current reborn. She is an early baby, so she's no hair. Nor rooted, not even painted. May I use this baby also for applying the praise award?
The shoot depends on your answer, so please let me know your opinion.

Yes. Not painted and not rooted. This is an early baby - so that she doesn't have a hair at all.
