When you post an application, and see it edited with the title adding the name of someone dealing with, that just means that that particular admin has taken the photos and pasted them into the section where the voting takes place, and that admin is also the person who sends out your customers emails with a questionnaire.
It does not mean that the person dealing with the award is the one to decide the outcome.

How long can it take?
We have to wait for all the voting team to take a look at the pics and cast their vote.
If the majority are yes votes, then we send out the questionnaire to your past customers - depending on how long it takes them to get back to us is how long it will take to award you.
Sometimes people just dont reply, or take ages.

Hi, I was wondering if I was supposed to supply my past customers emails when I posted my photos?... I applied just over a month ago, and it just occured to me that you wouldn't have been able to contact anyone yet. Does this mean I wasn't successful? Are applicants informed either way?

I am also confused with this :) Do we wait until application has been received before we send out feedbacks or send them straight away? I just applied for a praise award too. Please could you let me know if i produced what is needed, thanks x

I have my photos ready for a praise award application, after reading everything and the queries on here, I have a few questions....
1 where do i post my application ?
2 do I wait until I hear from whoever is dealing with my application and then send email address's of previous customers direct to them ?
